Privacy built into
the customer journey.
How WEBTOP processes enquiry data, analytics consent and communication details submitted through the website.
Start a project ↗︎
Useful in production.
Clear after launch.
When a visitor submits a form, WEBTOP uses the provided contact details and project context to respond to that enquiry. Analytics data is used to understand page performance and acquisition channels in aggregate. Access is limited to the people and systems needed to process the request. A visitor may ask what data is stored, request a correction or deletion, or contact WEBTOP with a privacy question through the published contact channels.
Before work begins, we document what the customer must understand or decide, which evidence supports that decision, who owns each next step and how success will be measured. After launch, the same framework supports testing and improvement. This keeps the work connected to real customer questions, operational constraints and commercial priorities instead of becoming a static presentation. Decisions, dependencies and accepted assumptions remain visible to everyone involved throughout the project and during the next stage of development.
